Focused Lens runs as a lightweight background process on your computer. The download page is the canonical place for desktop installers, release dates, and SHA-256 checksums.

macOS and Windows installers are listed there as soon as release assets are published.

Open Focused Lens and sign up with your email. Your account links the desktop app to your web dashboard so data syncs securely.

After signing in on the desktop app, it will appear under Settings → Devices in your dashboard. Give it a name to keep things organised if you use multiple machines.

That's it. Focused Lens runs silently in the menu bar or Windows tray and records activity once monitoring is active. Head to your Focus dashboard to see synced data, usually within a few minutes.
